Intelligent billing
The complications of medical billing require patient accounts to be billed with several different method simultaneously. Management-Programmable Billing Schedules give claim and billing functions a level of "Intelligence." You set the number of days for billing; you can then format patient statements everyday, once a week or once a month, depending on the last day a statement was sent will determine if a new statement will format.

In addition, MBS32's billing process is often called "Dynamic Billing" since the system "knows' on a daily basis which claims should be reviewed and how charges and payments will be attached to each patient's statement.

Easy, automatic, paper-less submission of insurance claims to BC/BS, Medicare and Medicaid simplifies claim filing. MBS32 also provides the simplified post-transmission claim editing, electronic remittance notification, eligibility status retrieval, and easy to read transmission summaries. An easy to configure 'HCFA to file' option allows transmission to virtually all Clearing-Houses for commercial payers.
