• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN: the NSF submission program was modified to reflect HealthData Resources Vendor number under the new THIN Vendor Partnership program. MBSENS.EXE / Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12
• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN commercial carriers: the NSF submission program was modified to reflect on record DA1 field 24 position 183-189 the balance Due on the claim. Also to include record DA2 with insured’s address as required for receiver type F. MBSENS.EXE / Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12
• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN: the NSF submission program was modified to include EA1 record on claims with procedures with modifier 80 (assistant-surgery) or with place of service 1 In-Patient Hospital or 2 Out Patient Hospital. This record EA1 contains the Facility ID code of the facility where services where provided. MBSENS.EXE / Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12
• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN: the NSF submission program was modified to reflect Claim Editing Indicator field to match Receiver Type Code field AA0-18. Previously this CA0-23 field was based on the carrier type code of the payer code the claim was been filed for. MBSENS.EXE / Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12
• Lousiana/Arkansas Eclaims NSF format: the NSF submission program requieres files to be compressed using PKZIP format. The version of ZIP compression provided is not supported by the LA/AR BBS.expects was modified to reflect Claim Editing Indicator field to match Receiver Type Code field AA0-18. Previously this CA0-23 field was based on the carrier type code of the payer code the claim was been filed for. LA/AR Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG11
• Kentucky Eclaims NSF format: the NSF submission program was modified to submit the UNITS of service with one implied decimal place. MBSENS.EXE / Kentucky Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12
• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN: the NSF submission program was modified to reflect the primary payor paid amount on the second DA0/DA1 record DA1-14 field. MBSENS.EXE / Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12

• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN: the NSF submission program was modified to correct physician sub-number shown from the Att Phys table instead of the Phys Supplement Provider NSF Setup file. This info is reflected in record FA0 pos 93 by 15 characters. This only affects Group Practices (MBS Practice Type in Practice profile set to G).MBSENS.EXE / Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12
• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN: the NSF submission batch file SUBMITTX.BAT was modified so that the patient claims list to be submitted is not printed if the submission is not completed succesfully. Previously this list printed everytime a submission was attemtpted. This change improves submission completion verification and affects all Texas Providers.SUBMITTX.BAT/ Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12
• Texas Eclaims NSF format to THIN: the electronic claims submission summary printed by MBS was modified in format. The claim counts, totals and file totals are printed in a more consiced and clear manner. This improves the sumission completion verification and affects all Texas providers.MBSENS.EXE / Texas Eclaims NSF Disk 1 / PRG12.
• Receipts Summary Listing II report was modified to expand the columns size and re-size to a 132 column format.MBS282.EXE / PRG137.EXE / DISK 5.
• Corrected help screens on Carrier Type field to include 9 for Medigap. Also made the same change to payer code list or insurance co. list report.MBS51.LIB / PRG14.EXE / DISK 2. MBS41.EXE / PRG113.EXE / DISK 3
