We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Revenue Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to help execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional seeking to gain experience across all facets of B2B marketing in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including events, webinars, content marketing, email, social media and digital advertising

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and cross-functional team communications

  • Track campaign performance metrics and compile regular reporting

  • Support new product launch activities, leveraging the HData platform as a marketing asset

  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers to produce and maintain marketing collateral, event assets, slide decks and digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, and leveraging design templates when possible

  • Support planning and execution of industry events, webinars, user conferences and other marketing events

  • Manage event lead processes, follow-up communications, campaign setup and event performance metrics

  • Assist with budget tracking and vendor communications

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual events including Zoom webinar management, promotion activities and measurement

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B software industry

  • Successful track record of organizing and managing details; Attention to detail is required as this role will focus heavily on execution

  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proven ability to collaborate with content authors and designers to deliver quality assets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with HubSpot content management and marketing automation preferred but not required

  • Problem-solving and initiative-taking approach to your work

The compensation for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. This position is remote with twice per year travel to in-person team meetings. This position is open to U.S. based individuals available during Central Time business hours.
